What Are The Payment Methods?
Curveal currently accepts most major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Delta, JCB, Amex, Solo & Maestro through our Payment Processors.

What Are The Currencies Accept?
All charges are in USD. However, for your convinience, our website can display the prices in many different currencies (using a standard fix rate). Regardless of the display currencies you selected, upon check-out, we will charge your selected card in USD equivalent (converted using our standard fix rate).
How Do I Check The Status/Details Of My Order?

Do Curveal Keep My Credit/Debit Card Information?
No, credit card information are NEVER retained by us. All payment attempts are made explicitly by the customer (you) and all card details are sent to our Payment Processor for processing. We do not keep any of your card details. Our Payment Processor has full fraud detection/prosecution module and will investigate all fraud/chargeback meticulously.
How Long Does Shipping Takes?
It depends on where you are. As an indication: For USA/Canada, it usually takes about 15 days. For UK/Europe, approximately 10 days. For Malaysia/Singapore, usually 3 days. Australia/New Zealand is approximately 5 days.
