Just view the products you are interested in, in that page, click the [Add to Cart] button and continue shopping until done (hopefully a lot *smile*) When done, click the [Cart & Check-Out] link/button. When system ask to sign-in, click the [NEW Customer click here] button just above the [Sign-In] box. Follow the flow and you should do ok.
